- All fishing charters are a maximum to 6 people per trip.
- Rates include all bait, tackle and soft drinks. Special requests can be established upon inquiry and will be an additional charge.

| Fees: |
- Advance bookings require 50% deposit, made payable by Bermuda / US cash, local checks / traveler’s checks, Visa or Mastercard credit cards.
- Trip Cancellations:
- In Excess Charters reserve the right to cancel a trip due to poor weather conditions. Deposits will be returned accordingly.
- Party cancellations prior to 14 days before the trip will receive a full refund. Cancellations 14 days or less will forfeit funds unless another booking occurs.
- The “Catch”
- All fish remain to be property of the boat due to high operating costs in Bermuda. However, this is not set in stone, so please discuss your options with the Captain.
- Gratituties:
- Based on the satisfaction of your trip, it is customary to tip the crew accordingly.
